Is Airport Plus fully licensed?
Yes, we are a fully licensed company and are required to abide by the regulations set by the Cheltenham Borough Council licensing authority. If you require any further information, please contact Cheltenham Borough Council 01242 262626.
Do you operate a fixed price policy?
Yes the price you see is the price you pay, for pickups that are more than 10 miles outside of the centre of Cheltenham we may ask for a small additional fee or if you require more then one pickup point, Christmas day, Boxing day and New Years day have extra charges.
How early do I need to book my car?
The earlier the better. However, more than 48 hours would be recommended. If you are making a last minute booking it is best to phone, if you make an online reservation there is no guarantee that you will get a vehicle unless you receive a confirmation this can take up to 24 hours but usually within a few hours.
How do I make an on-line booking?
Just complete the booking form in full and submit it. Once you have finished the booking, you should receive an automated response stating that your booking has been received, once we have received your booking we will process it and send you a confirmation of booking vie email with all the booking details on.
Can I make a booking on the phone?
Yes you can make a booking on the phone our telephone number is +44(0)1242 808090, most times we will be in the office. This is often the best method if you are making a last minute booking. Alternatively you could e-mail us. If you make an online or e-mail reservation there is no guarantee that you will get a vehicle unless you receive a confirmation.
Will you meet us at any time of day?
Yes we provide a 24 hour 7 days a week service. We will meet you at any time of day there will be no extra charge for unsocial hours. The only time we levy an extra charge is for the Christmas period, please contact us for this tariff.
What if the flight is delayed or early?
We will check the flight status on the day and the driver will adjust his arrival time according to that flight status, if you have made other arrangements the driver will arrive according to those arrangements.
Can you guarantee that your driver will be at the airport on time?
Though our drivers will make every effort to arrive on time, sometimes it is difficult to predict traffic and other situations outside of our control. We will make every effort to contact you if we are delayed in any way. These instances are very rare and 99.9% of the time we are able to meet you on time.
Can I pay by credit card?
We are able to accept major credit cards. There is a surcharge of up to 2% on some credit card payments, but no surcharge on debit card payments. You can also pay the driver in pounds sterling or UK bank cheque in sterling with a valid guarantee card.
Do I need to pay in advance?
For most bookings we do not require any advance payment or deposit, however if we are only collecting you from an airport we would require payment in full before hand.
Can I eat in the car?
In the interest of all our customers we ask you not to consume food in our vehicles.
