Terms and Conditions of Hire
- The hirer of the vehicle is responsible for the conduct of all passengers and will be responsible for the loss of earnings as a result of injury to the driver. We reserve the right to invoice or make a charge to the hirer for any losses, repairs, replacements or valeting costs resulting from damage or fouling to the vehicle or its fixtures caused by the hirer or its passengers.
- It is important that all the passengers are ready at the agreed meeting time to enable the driver to meet his obligation for appointment with other scheduled customers.
- Unscheduled variations to the agreed times may incur additional costs. We reserve the right to invoice or charge to the hirers credit or debit card the additional costs incurred due to the variations to the original schedule.
- All transfers must be paid for on or before the first leg of the journey this includes any return booking, credit card payments may incur a small surcharge.
- The driver may refuse to transport passengers and luggage if the vehicle becomes overloaded. The booking may be terminated if the hirer or any passengers cause excessive delays, are profoundly under the influence of alcohol or drugs, are disorderly or are in the driver's judgement are unfit to travel.
- All passengers are required by law to wear seat belts provided in the vehicle, refusal will result in the termination of hire and a pro-rata cost will be payable at the time of the termination.
- Absolutely no bottles, cups or drinking glasses are to be carried into the passenger compartment of the vehicle.
- Food and drink will only be consumed at the driver's discretion.
- Smoking is not permitted by law in the vehicle.
- Violence, foul language, intimidation, antagonism or any other form of antisocial behaviour towards the driver or any member of staff of this Company will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of hire and police involvement. Termination of hire caused by antisocial behaviour will render the hirer liable for the full hire charge. Acts of vandalism or malicious damage to the vehicle will be prosecuted.
- Cancellation refunds/charge :- within 24 hours of the transfer we may ask for a small fee to cover our administration costs.
- Cheques are no longer accepted, all debit and credit cards are accepted as is cash.
- Whilst every effort will be made to arrive at the customer's destination and pickup point punctually the Company shall not be liable for late arrival or cancellation due to circumstances beyond it's control. In the event of unforeseen delays the Company will endeavour to contact the hirer by telephone. It shall be the hirer's responsibility to allow adequate time to reach their destination. We strongly recommend that travel insurance be taken out where appropriate.
- We reserve the right to alter or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- Airport plus cannot be held responsible for inconsistency in travel information supplied from various sources i.e. Airports, Railways etc.
- Please note the driver will arrive 30 minutes after published arrival time, for airport pickups.
